Fairytale Cookie Co is a home based bakery ran by Sarakay Hannel and based in O'Fallon MO. Sarakay is best known for her hand decorated sugar cookies and her unique gourmet cookie flavors.

 

Sarakay has been making her works of art under the Fairytale Cookie Co name since 2017. In her years as a cookie artist she has taught at Cookie Con and has been featured on Food Network. She ran Fairytale Cookie Co as a brick and mortar cookie shop from November 2019-July 2022. Now she makes her edible art creations from her home so she can focus on the art of the cookie. She also teaches cookie decorating classes and creates gourmet cookie recipes and tutorials to share here on her website.
