This is the super popular The Matt cookie! Named after my peanut butter obessed husband. This recipe download also includes the instructions for the "Darkside" variation with is the chocolate version.

Our recipes are done by weight to ensure perfect batches no matter who makes them. So please note, you will need a kitchen scale to measure the ingredients.
 
For perfect portioning I recommend a grey #8 ice cream scoop for the bakery size cookie and the yellow #20 sized scoop for a traditional sized cookie. Both can easily be found on amazon.
