This is the recipe card for our rich half baked chocolate chip cookie. This recipe card includes the cookie recipe and cookie dough frosting recipe.
Our recipes are done by weight to ensure perfect batches no matter who makes them. So please note, you will need a kitchen scale to measure the ingredients.
For perfect portioning I recommend a grey #8 ice cream scoop for the bakery size cookie and the yellow #20 sized scoop for a traditional sized cookie. Both can easily be found on amazon.
